FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
The questions Dubai clients actually ask: price, timing, heat, drainage and paperwork.
These are the questions we answer most, with the same honesty we bring to a survey. If yours is not here, call or WhatsApp and you will get a straight answer, not a pitch.
FAQ
Nine questions, straight answers.
How much does a resin bound driveway cost in Dubai?
It depends on the area, the condition of your existing surface, the edging you choose and the blend. We survey the site free of charge and quote itemised, fixed written prices, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How long does a typical residential job take?
Most villa driveways take two to four days: one to two days of prep and base work, a day to lay, then curing. Larger community and commercial jobs are scheduled in stages.
Will it survive the summer?
Yes. Our resin is fully UV stable and our binders are rated for the Gulf. Surfaces we laid years ago in Britain and Europe still look sharp, and the systems we bring to Dubai are the same specification.
Is it messy?
Less than you would think. We plan haul away and skip placement with you, cut dust at the source and keep the site tidy. Your gates, walls and plants are protected.
Can you colour match or add patterns?
Yes. Borders, compass designs, house numbers and logos are all possible. You choose the stone blend and design at the survey, from physical samples we bring to you.
What about drainage and NOCs?
Our surfaces are permeable, up to 850 litres per minute per square metre, and we plan falls and drainage at the survey. If your community needs an NOC for works, we help you prepare the paperwork.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Workmanship terms are stated in your written quote rather than invented here, and material warranties come from the system manufacturers. Ask at the survey and we will put the answer in writing.
Can you repair a surface another company laid?
Yes. We clean, patch, crack fill and reseal surfaces whoever laid them. If the base was never right, we will tell you before you spend on it.
Resin bound or tarmac for a villa drive?
Resin for the look and the permeability, tarmac for budget and large areas. Both last when the base is right. We quote both at the survey so you can compare honestly.
