Epoxy industrial flooring
Seamless, chemical resistant floors for warehouses, factories, workshops and parking levels, with line marking to finish.
Industrial floors get punished: forklifts, pallet drag, oil, heat and washdowns. Epoxy and resin systems answer with a seamless surface that bonds to the concrete, resists chemicals and can be marked into zones, aisles and bays.
The system is chosen by the use. Roller coat epoxies for light duty and budget speed. Self smoothing screeds for heavy traffic and a seamless finish. Anti static and conductive builds where electronics are handled, and chemical resistant topcoats where fluids are stored.
We prepare the concrete properly: mechanical grinding, moisture testing, crack repair and a primer matched to the slab. Epoxy laid over poor preparation ends in peeling sheets.

The work
What we install
- Self smoothing epoxy screeds for warehouses and factories
- Roller coat epoxy for workshops, plant rooms and parking levels
- Anti slip finishes: graded aggregate broadcast and textured coats
- Chemical and oil resistant topcoats
- ESD and conductive builds for electronics handling
- Line marked aisle systems, pedestrian zones and location grids
The Gulf specifics
Built for the heat
Concrete in Dubai breathes: slab temperature swings, ground moisture and dehumidified interiors. We test the slab first, then match the primer and build to the real conditions. A floor that works in Britain can fail on a Gulf roof deck. We build for the second.
Good to know
Questions we get asked.
How long is my warehouse floor out of use?
It is staged. Roller coat systems are walkable in a day and back in traffic in three. Self smoothing screeds take longer, but we zone the works so you keep racking access, one bay at a time.
Will it survive forklifts?
Yes, at the right thickness. Light roller coats survive trolleys and pallets. A 4 mm or heavier self smoother handles forklift routes and pallet drag. We specify to your traffic, not to a brochure.
Can you match the floor to my racking layout?
Yes. We grind and mark the aisle and zone layout with our own line marking crews, so the floor and the layout come from one team and one warranty conversation.
